In the summer of 2019, The Nguyen Family bought the WIT cafe name and opened up a cozy new business right outside Scott Air Force Base. Not to be confused with the prior "WIT Cafe", the new owners rebranded and relaunched the business under a new structure and management.

Prior to diving into the business world, the nguyen family were in south africa as missionaries. Although they were involved in many aspects of ministry and outreach, one of their main projects was their orphanage. this facility houses up to 50 children at once. 

till this day, they still finance and sow into this orphanage. a percentage of WIT Cafe's profit helps make sure the facility is running and open for any and all children in that impoverished area.
